WHOLESALE GUIDELINES

  • By signing up for wholesale, each wholesaler agrees to these guidelines and must abide by them.
  • The wholesale discount is 50% off of retail with the exception of sale items which is over a 50% discount off of original retail prices (you get 50% off of the sale price).
  • First + reorder minimum is $100
  • Must meet unit minimums stated on each individual item
  • You may not sell our items and or designs on third parties in the US such as: Etsy, Amazon, Walmart, or Ebay.  You may sell on your own website.
  • You may also shop Canary Road wholesale on Faire.com or Hello Abound

 

INTEGRITY + COPYRIGHT + TRADEMARK

  • Canary Road products hold the Canary Road trademark which may not be infringed upon.

  • All photos are property of Canary Road and wholesalers are permitted to use photos for selling of Canary Road product only.

  • All Canary Road photos of Canary Road products must remain unaltered.  You may not alter, photoshop, or update / reuse in any photos in any way.

  • When reselling our products, Canary Road products may not be altered in any way - adding or removing design details, removing / adding stickers (other than a UPC sticker), and the like.  They cannot be rebranded.

  • Any photos used of Canary Road product taken from social media must credit the original creator of the content.

 

SHIPPING & PACKAGING

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive an email from us with your tracking number.

  • Orders are shipped in the least amount of boxes possible and include your invoice.

  • We ship most orders UPS or USPS the next business day!  Orders placed during the holiday season may take 1-3 business days to ship.  If you have a large order or are ordering items that are on pre-order or a special order, this time may be longer.  You will receive an email once your items have shipped.  If you need your items sooner during the holiday time, please email us at: wholesale@canaryroad.com and we can get your order out the next day in most cases. 

 

RETURNS & CANCELATIONS

  • Due to the nature of the product, returns are not accepted.

  • We package our items very well, however, if an item should arrive damaged please notify us within 5 business days so we can replace it for you.  Please provide a photo as well as your invoice number.

  • If you must cancel an order it must be done before an item is shipped out.  Once the items are shipped they can no longer be canceled.  Refunds are processed as store credit only.
